Get in touch with TNWA.

Whatever's brought you here, you're in the right place. We'd love to hear from you.

Whether you’re looking for NDIS support, curious about getting involved, or just want to know more about what we do, reach out. We’ll get back to you within two business days.

Reach out your way.

Stay connected with us and see what we’re up to, celebrate the wins, and stay in the loop on everything happening across Ballajura and the City of Swan.

If English isn't your first language:

  • We work with the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). Call 131 450 and ask for us.
  • Email in your preferred language. We'll find someone to help us reply.

If hearing or speech is a barrier:

  • Use the National Relay Service. Visit accesshub.gov.au and ask for (08) 6556 8870.
  • Auslan interpreters can be arranged for in-person meetings. Just let us know in advance.

If reading or typing is tricky:

  • Call us. A real person picks up between 9 and 5.
  • Bring a support person, advocate, or family member to any meeting. They're welcome.

Got a question? Ask us about it.

We read every message that lands in our inbox. Whether it’s a long story or a quick question, we’ll come back to you with something useful.

If you’re after NDIS support, the more you can tell us about what you’re looking for, the better we can match you with the right person on our team.

Four TNWA office staff laughing together in the Ballajura open-plan office, three women and one man leaning in around a low storage cabinet looking at something off-camera, with a wall clock, a Lenovo monitor, office cabinets, and a plant visible in the background.

Drop into our office.

Meeting in person beats email any day. Our door is open and the kettle’s usually on.
