Join the TNWA team.

We’re always on the hunt for the right people to join our office and support worker team. NDIS services, community programs, emergency relief, and the day to day of a small charity that gets a lot done.

A non-profit charity that runs NDIS services, all from one small team in Ballajura.

Together Now WA is a community organisation working across Ballajura and the City of Swan. We deliver NDIS services to participants whose plans are Plan Managed or Self Managed, we run community events, we coordinate emergency relief, and we sit alongside residents who need someone in their corner.

That dual identity, charity and NDIS service, is the whole shape of what we do. The revenue from our NDIS work helps fund the community work, and the community work is what keeps us close to the people we’re here for.

We’re small, we’re capable, and the people we hire end up wearing a few different hats in the same week. If that sounds like the kind of variety you’ve been after, keep reading.

Two kinds of roles. One shared standard.

We hire across two main streams. They’re different in shape but they’re held to the same standard, and both are essential to the way TNWA runs day to day.

Office Staff

Coordination, admin, programs, ops.

Office staff hold the work together from the Ballajura base. Behind every event, every NDIS plan, and every relief request, there's an office team making sure the pieces line up. If that's where your skills sit, we'd love to hear from you.

Support Workers

Frontline NDIS support, in homes and in community.

Frontline NDIS support delivered in homes, in the community, and on excursions across the City of Swan. Our support workers spend their days alongside participants, building capacity, navigating life skills, and showing up consistently.

The people who do well at TNWA.

The roles vary, the standard holds steady. We hire people who are reliable, warm, professional, and committed to the people we work with. The mix of charity work and NDIS service delivery means our team needs to switch hats well, hold confidentiality, and treat every person they meet with the same respect.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences. If you have a disability, identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or come from a culturally and linguistically diverse community, we’d love to see your application come through.

Across the team, we look for

People who care about the work, not just the paycheque
Reliable communicators who follow through
Warmth and professionalism in equal measure
Comfort working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, abilities, and life stages
Australian work rights and the credentials each specific role requires

Two ways to get on our radar.

You can apply through the form below or send us an email. Both work, and we read every application personally. Send through your application today and we’ll be in touch.
