Disability support that fits your life, not the other way around.

We're a not-for-profit NDIS service provider working right across the City of Swan. Personalised supports, a clear intake, and a team who treats every participant like the person they are, not the plan they're on.

Choosing an NDIS provider is a big decision. You’re inviting people into your home, your routine, sometimes your hardest days. You deserve a provider who treats that weight with care.

TNWA has built its NDIS service around one idea: supports should fit the participant, not the other way around. Whether you’re new to the NDIS, switching providers, or coming in through a Support Coordinator, we’ll walk you through what’s possible, what’s covered, and what happens next. Nothing gets signed until you feel right about it.

Our Approach
Personalised, Not Templated
Every participant gets supports designed around their plan, their goals, and the things that actually matter to them. Not a roster.
Where We Work
Local to the City of Swan
Ballajura-based, servicing the City of Swan. A team that knows the community, the services around it, and the people who run them.
How We Communicate
Honest, Human Communication
Plain English. Clear timelines. No hidden processes or fees. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and help you find someone who is.

THE INTAKE PROCESS

From first contact to first service. Here's how it runs.

The NDIS can feel overwhelming. The intake process shouldn’t. Ours is designed to keep things moving without rushing anyone. From your first enquiry to your first scheduled support, we aim to have you set up within about a month, depending on funding confirmation and plan complexity.

1
Reach Out
Phone, email, web form, walk-in. Any way that works for you. You'll speak with our Community Care Coordinator, who'll take some basic details and a first sense of what you're looking for.
2
Eligibility Check
We confirm the essentials, approved plan, Plan Managed funding, age, location, and share honestly whether TNWA is the right fit. If we're not, we'll point you toward who might be.
3
First Meeting
Held in our Ballajura office in a private meeting room. We talk through your current supports, any gaps, and what ideal supports would look like. You'll complete the TNWA Details Form and relevant consent forms. Nothing is locked in yet.
4
Budget And Planning
Your Support Coordinator (internal or external) confirms funding and item codes. Large plans can take up to four weeks to finalise. We'll keep you updated throughout.
5
Home Visit And Agreement
Once funding is confirmed, we visit the property where supports will be delivered, complete the Home Risk Assessment, and walk through the Service Agreement together. Once everything is signed, your first service is booked.

Target timeframe from first contact to first service: approximately one month. Actual timing varies based on funding confirmation, documentation, risk assessment, and complexity.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Two things set us apart.

Both are about how we treat people.

01
A charity that runs like a provider. A provider that acts like a charity.

TNWA is both an NDIS service provider and a registered organisation with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Your NDIS funding doesn't just cover your services — it helps sustain community events, emergency relief, and advocacy for people across the City of Swan. That's not marketing language. That's how the model is built.

02
Wrap-around, not bolt-on.

Most providers stick to their lane. TNWA connects NDIS supports with our broader work — so if you need help with social housing, Centrelink, emergency food relief, or attending a community event, the same people who support you day-to-day can help you get there. One team. One organisation. One consistent set of faces.

WHO IT’S FOR

Supports built for participants, families, carers, and allied health professionals.

If you have an approved NDIS plan and live across the City of Swan, TNWA can support you. Whether you need daily support, community access, respite, or all of the above, we’ll build a service that fits your life.

If you’re supporting someone through their NDIS plan, we work alongside you. Full transparency on pricing, what’s planned, how it’s going, and how we can make life easier at home. You stay in the loop, always.

"Imogen and Steph are amazing and Terica too!! They helped me set up everything for my Mums NDIS when I had no idea where to start and have been with us every step of the way. Thanks to these ladies and TNWA,  my Mum has all the supports she needs to help live a happy and independent life. Thanks so much to all of you. Mum and I appreciate everything you do."

"I just wanted to express about Michelle’s contribution to Carl’s life and how happy he is when she (and Sally) are on shift. Michelle has been taking Carl out to listen to music on her shifts and Sally has been taking him for train trips. These are elements of his life that he has been missing and they both bother to take this on board and do things with him that he loves. It appears to be the start of a great bond between them and both are beautiful, caring people with a heart to serve their clients and make them happy, so I wanted to acknowledge that."
