Founded on 1 January 2025, Together Now WA (TNWA) is a non-profit, family owned and operated, organisation based in Ballajura, dedicated to supporting vulnerable community members, including individuals with disabilities.
TNWA was established to address the growing need for compassionate, locally driven support services that help individuals overcome challenges and achieve greater independence. We focus on fostering inclusivity, reducing social isolation, and creating meaningful opportunities through impactful programs, events, advocacy, and tailored services.
To provide compassionate, locally driven support that embraces the diversity of our community and addresses the unique needs of vulnerable individuals. We are dedicated to fostering independence, equity, and inclusivity across Ballajura and surrounding areas.
A stronger, more connected community where everyone—regardless of background or circumstances—has the opportunity to thrive, participate fully in society, and live with dignity, respect, and equality.
Together Now WA is proud to have a diverse team representing a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. Our shared values of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration guide everything we do.
In addition to our dedicated office staff, we have a large team of highly qualified support workers who provide personalised care and services tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. Whether working behind the scenes or directly with clients, our team is committed to fostering independence, dignity, and connection within the community.
