Together Now WA (TNWA) is a Western Australian charity dedicated to relieving isolation, poverty, illness, and disability. We provide high-quality disability services and community support that are compassionate, inclusive, and focused on people’s real needs.
TNWA was founded by Terica Isgar, a local advocate and community leader. With a background in anthropology and community services, Terica has worked in social support for over five years. She started TNWA to create a space that puts people first and listens to what the community actually needs.
Our in-office team includes roles such as admin, support coordination, events and marketing, and program development through our social solutions coordinator. This team continues to grow and may include other roles depending on community needs.
Our support staff are highly qualified and come from diverse backgrounds. This means we can match the right staff with the right people, based on shared language, culture, and lived experience. It also ensures our clients receive care that respects their needs and supports their independence.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, connection, and choice. TNWA delivers NDIS services at fair prices, never above the standard rate. Every surplus is reinvested into community initiatives including inclusive events, advocacy programs, and emergency relief for people doing it tough.
