Here When Life Gets Hard

We provide emergency relief and advocacy to people in the City of Swan who need extra support. Whether it’s food, clothing, housing advice, or help getting started with services, we’re here to listen and take action.

How We Help

Support That’s Growing With Need

Since January 2025, emergency requests from locals have more than quadrupled. People are reaching out for food, nappies, school supplies, advocacy, and basic household needs.

Real Stories:

  • Emergency food for a mum and son in Ballajura
  • NILS application for a washing machine
  • Centrelink help for a terminally ill carer
  • NDIS access for a person with brain injury

Who We Help:

We prioritise people living in the City of Swan. You don’t need to be on the NDIS. If you’re in crisis, between services or caring for someone who is, reach out. We’ll walk alongside you.

Common Questions:

  • Do I need to be on the NDIS? No, and we can help you apply if needed.
  • Do I need to live locally? Yes, we focus on people in the City of Swan.
  • What if I’m not sure where to start? Just get in touch. We’re here to help you figure it out.

How It Works:

  1. You reach out or walk in
  2. We talk through your situation
  3. We help find the right support either directly or through our partners
  4. We follow up with care
